We started with a putting green in Svendborg. Today we lay artificial grass for private gardens, golf courses, sport facilities and conference centres across the island of Funen.
From Clock Golf
to Kunstgræsfabrikken
Kunstgræsfabrikken has its roots in a company many golfers will recognise. For more than ten years, Teddy ran Clock Golf, which supplied ready-made putting greens to golf clubs and private customers across Denmark. It was a side project alongside his property company, driven by his passion for golf and a craftsman's curiosity about what makes a surface perform.
In 2020 the company changed its name and direction. Clock Golf became Kunstgræsfabrikken, and with it came a broader ambition. Three years later Teddy met Frederik at Svendborg Golf Club. Frederik has played at the highest level of Danish amateur golf, with seasons on the Ecco Tour behind him. He knows what a good green demands, because he's stood on them.
In recent years we've laid greens, garden grass and sport courts for private homes, golf clubs and conference centres. Golf is the starting point for everything we do. You can feel it in the results.

Three things we never compromise on
Honesty
If your project calls for a cheaper product than the one we earn most on, we say so. Advice should be based on what's right for the customer, not what's best for the bottom line.
Craftsmanship
We do things right the first time. That takes time and care in base preparation and precision in laying. A rushed installation that needs redoing is a bad installation.
Quality
All products are made in Europe. We don't sell discount quality at premium prices. What we sell holds up, and we can prove it with a datasheet.

Base preparation and full installation
If you want the base professionally prepared before we lay the turf, we work with a regular partner company that handles exactly that. Excavation, groundwork and everything required before the artificial grass goes down. The contractors behind it know their trade. They're who we call ourselves.
Svendborg is home. Funen is our market.
We're based at Håndværkervænget 4B in Svendborg. We know the local area, we know the golf clubs, and we know the gardens. That's no coincidence.
We don't use subcontractors for installation. All projects are run by us directly, so we can stand behind what we deliver.
